APLIKASI DIGITAL STORY TELLING TERHADAP MASALAH PERILAKU EMOSIONAL PADA ANAK PRA SEKOLAH DI RBIPS BANDUNG

Emotional behavior problems in children are currently a developmental crisis, with quite significant incidents, based on data released in 2022 in Indonesia, there are 1 in 3 children who have mental problems. Emotional behavior problems in children will have an impact on the child's future life, it must be intervened immediately from an early age with an approach that is fun for children and appropriate with technological developments. One effort that can be made is digital story telling. Digital story telling is the activity of telling stories with digital puppets. The stories can be adjusted to the expected goal, which is to build good emotional behavior in children. This research aims to determine the effect of digital story telling on emotional behavior in children at Rumah Bintang Islamic Pre School. The research design was quasi-experimental. The research sample was pre-school children (aged 4-6 years). The sampling technique used was systematic random sampling with a total of 30 children. Data collection was carried out through examination of emotional behavior based on the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Data analysis used dependent t test bivariate analysis to determine differences in emotional behavior before and after intervention. The statistical test results obtained p value 0.001, it can be concluded that there is an influence of digital story telling applications on emotional behavior in children. Suggestions for nursing, collaborating with educational institutions to detect and stimulate good emotional behavior in children.
