Background: An intact and functional family that was could to form a balance can improve the mental health of adolescents. Mental health issues in adolescents were often influenced by family environmental factors. Objective: This study aim to determine the relationship between family integrity and mental health in adolescents at SMA Sumatra 40 Bandung. Method: This study uses a quantitative correlational method with a cross-sectional design approach. The population in this study were adolescents. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique, namely accidental sampling, obtained a sample size of 150 respondents. The instruments used were the Family Assessment Device (FAD) questionnaire and the Strength and Difficulty Questionnaire (SDQ-25). Statistical analysis used the Spearman rank correlation test. Conclusion: Statistical analysis shows that most of the family integrity of adolescents is in the good category, namely 84.0% with the level of adolescent mental health within normal limits, namely in the difficulty category of 59.3% and in the strength category of 95.3%. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between family integrity and mental health in adolescents at SMA Sumatra 40 Bandung with a p-value of 0.004 and a correlation coefficient (rho = 0.233). Suggestion: It was recommended that adolescents can maintain and improve their mental health by maintaining relationships with their families, and schools can make efforts in activities to improve and prevent mental health problems in adolescents by conducting early detection of mental health in adolescents at school using the Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ-25).
