Background: Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are disorders that affect a function of the musculoskeletal system due to repeated exposure to various risk factors at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of work period, age, work duration and nutritional status to complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in truck drivers at PT Beton Elemenindo Perkasa in 2024. Methods: The research design used a cross-sectional analysis study method. The research sample was 35 distribution drivers of PT Beton Elemenindo Perkasa. Data were collected using the Nordic body map questionnaire to measure the level of MSDs, as well as microtoise and scales for measuring nutritional status and analyzed using chi-square. Results: The results showed that out of 35 drivers, 19 (65.5%) drivers experienced moderate MSDs complaints with risky working period (>5 years). 16 (59.3%) drivers experienced moderate MSDs with risky age (≥35 years). 7 (53.8%) drivers had moderate MSDs with at-risk duration (>40 hours/week), 8 (61.5%) drivers had moderate MSDs with at-risk nutritional status (obese and overweight) and no significant association was found between length of service (p = 0.064), age (p = 0.700), duration (1.000) or nutritional status (p = 0.960) with MSDs complaints. Suggestion: It is recommended to conduct a simple medical check-up before the driver distributes goods and maintain physical health and freshness and stretch every 4 hours to reduce MSDs complaints.
