Namely 211 cases, 235 cases and 257 cases. The success of Bandung City's treatment in the last 5 years has not reached the national target (90%). The lowest achievement in finding cases and successful TB treatment was the Arcamanik Community Health Center (9.65%). The aim of the research was to evaluate the suitability of implementing the P2TB program at the Community Health Center based on the 2016 Tuberculosis Control Guidelines. Methodh : type of research is qualitative. The technique for taking informants is purposive sampling. The number of samples in the research was 18 informants from the Arcamanik Community Health Center. The instruments used are interview guides, observation and documentation. Data is analyzed and presented in narrative form Result : he results of the research show that health promotion at the Arcamanik Community Health Center is still not comprehensive, the number of communication media used is not sufficient. The number of health care workers and TB cadres at the Arcamanik Health Center is still limited. Recording and reporting at the two Community Health Centers is still hampered by network providers and health workers' control of the information system. Community participation in the Puskesmas area has not been carried out optimally Conclusion : The suggestion of this research is to utilize mass media to increase socialization and improve the abilities of health workers and cadres in implementing the P2TB program through training.
