Based on data in 2018, the number of breast cancer sufferers increases by about 7 million peoples every year. Likewise, breast cancer patients in Indonesia increase of 0.9% in 2018. Meanwhile, breast cancer cases in Jambi Province based on medical record data from the hospital in Raden Mattaher Jambi in 2017, it showed 107 cases of breast cancer were treated in the hospital and 99 cases were outpatient. From January to April 2018, there were 39 cases of breast cancer that were treated as outpatients, while 45 women with breast cancer who were hospitalized. Therefore, the author give socialitation breast self-examination bercause of early detection of breast cancer is important. Realize is a technique that can be done at home and can be done by all women, including teenagers. This examination is relatively simple, easy, inexpensive and effective to do and makes it easy to physically feel the breast yourself and observe yourself visually if there are changes. By being aware of providing opportunities for women to increase the chance to be able to get treatment faster and increase survival rates in women.

PERCEPATAN PENCEGAHAN IMUNISASI BOOSTER SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN IMUN TUBUH TERHADAP COVID-19

The achievement of the advanced dose of the Covid-19 vaccination program or the new booster vaccine reached 2.73% or 5,679,434 people out of 208,265,720 Indonesian population. Booster vaccinations are still dominated by medical and therapeutic workers. Giving the Covid-19 vaccine is very important, not only to protect society from Covid-19, but also to restore social conditions and the economies of countries affected by the pandemic. Complete vaccination plus a booster is expected to provide protection for up to 91% of deaths, or another worst risk due to Covid-19. Based on this, the purpose of doing community service activities is to help accelerating the increase in immunity for the people of Cimahi City by conducting booster.

The method used is to recruit participants through dissemination of information to the community around the Unjani campus area. Target of the booster vaccination is for people aged 18 years and over with priority vulnerable population and have received complete primary Covid-19 vaccination, totaling 500 people. This activity was carried out at Fitkes Unjani on August 11 2022, that collaboration with Kesdam III Siliwangi and Cimahi city health office.

The results of the Community Service activities have netted 300 vaccine participants consisting of students and the general public around the city of Cimahi. This program has to increase the coverage of people who have booster vaccines.

Low Participation Of The National Health Insurance Program In Cimanggu Village RW 009 & 010 Ngamprah West Bandung

According to the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2013 concerning health insurance, the definition of health insurance is insurance in the form of health protection so that participants receive health care benefits and protection in meeting basic health needs that are given to everyone who pays their contribution. The benefits guaranteed by the JKN program are in the form of comprehensive individual health services, including promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services including drugs and medical materials. Residents of RW 009 and RW 010 who do not yet have a JKN card are 155 people (59%) and 109 people (41%) who already have a JKN card, the majority of the types of JKN used are BPJS/KIS 104 people (96%), and the rest use Private Health Insurance. Due to the low participation of JKN, a research was conducted to find out the factors causing the low participation of JKN. The results of the study found that residents did not understand the importance of JKN, low income, and complicated service procedures. So it is necessary to carry out socialization to increase the knowledge and participation of citizens in the JKN program.
