PEMBINAAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN PETUGAS K3 PUSKESMAS DALAM IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR RISIKO K3 DENGAN METODE HIRADC DI PUSKESMAS DTP SINDANG BARANG

Abstract

Risk is an impact obtained by a workes in carrying out his work, especially in helath care facilities. These risk can cause losses due to accidents and occupational disease. Therefore, an K3 effort is needed, such identifying hazard risks to activites and work environment, using HIRADC method. The output in this community service activity is to change safe behavior amoung the worker when tehy do their job and to prevent hazards in the workplace. The method used is to provide guidance to workers in identifying risks with the HIRADC method in every room in the Puskesmas and comparing it with the Minister of Health RI NO. 52/2018. The Sindangbarang DTP Health Center were identified 16 areas as having a risk for accident and occupational diseases, but based on a risk assessment only 5 areas have a moderate risk due to contact with patients. By conducting risk management coaching, health workers will have the knowledge and be able to identify hazards so that they will act safely when carrying out work activities
