PENERAPAN SISTEM LOTO (LOCKOUT TAGOUT) SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN KECELAKAAN KERJA DI PT. X KABUPATEN BANDUNG

Abstract

The use of energy machines can have a negative impact if they are not used carefully. Potential hazards at PT X Bandung include fire, explosion, gas leak, and contact with energy. In addition, the presence of these energies can certainly cause work accidents if their use is not controlled or controlled. LOTO (Lockout Tagout) is the only security procedure that can be applied during machine repair or maintenance activities. guidance on P2K3 (Occupational Health and Safety Supervisory Committee) as one of the alternative work accident prevention programs, namely by identifying hazards, assessing risk, determining problem priorities and determining alternative problem solving. There is no LOTO (Lockout Tagout) equipment yet, there is no SOP, many maintenance operators do not understand the use of LOTO (Lockout Tagout). So it is necessary to conduct training for maintenance operators and make SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the use of LOTO (Lockout Tagout), make LOTO Equipment (Lockout Tagout) from materials that are not used and can be reused.
