PELATIHAN KADER AGEN PEMULIHAN INTERVENSI BERBASIS MASYARAKAT (IBM) DALAM PENANGANAN PENYALAHGUNAAN NARKOBA DI KELURAHAN CIPAGERAN KOTA CIMAHI

Abstract

Drug abusers who have now reached the smallest community have become a new threat to the nation's generation. The Community-Based Intervention (IBM) is one of the programs launched to suppress the development of the circulation of drug abusers in remote communities which is carried out from the community by the community and for the community. To fulfill this, an effort was made to train the community to become an IBM recovery agent with face-to-face training methods, practicum, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. From the training results obtained, there are 10 IBM recovery agent cadres who are ready to go into the community after being given 3 days of training with a total of 22 lesson hours. In this case, it is necessary to seek technical assistance and guidance to the cadres of recovery agents technically in the field in order to further improve their abilities
