Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS) are rooted in an educational process that improves the ability of individuals and families to maintain their health independently and encourages active participation in achieving optimal health. Objective: This study aims to analyze factors related to PHBS behavior among third and fourth grade students in RW 018, North Bekasi Regency. Method: Descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire covering the following variables: level of knowledge about PHBS, the role of parents, the role of teachers, the living environment, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure supporting PHBS. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test with a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). Results: Of the total 32 respondents, 22 students (68.8%) had a good level of knowledge about PHBS, 7 students (21.9%) had adequate knowledge, and 3 students (9.4%) had poor knowledge. Of the five variables studied (knowledge, parental role, teacher role, environment, and facilities and infrastructure), the parental role showed a statistically significant relationship (p = 0.000 < α = 0.05) with PHBS practices. Meanwhile, the other variables showed no significant relationship (p-value > α = 0.05). Conclusion: Parental role is the most influential factor in encouraging the implementation of PHBS in elementary school children. It is hoped that the role of the family in health education will be strengthened so that students have a better understanding and healthy lifestyle habits from an early age.
Putri Amalia Copyright (c) 2025 JURNAL KESEHATAN KARTIKA https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ejournal.stikesjayc.id/index.php/litkartika/article/view/443 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 UPAYA PENYELESIAN MASALAH RISIKO CEDERA PADA IBU MELALUI PEMBERIAN TELUR AYAM KAMPUNG REBUS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER II http://ejournal.stikesjayc.id/index.php/litkartika/article/view/448
Background: Anemia in pregnant women during the second trimester is one of the causes of increased risk of injury and complications during pregnancy. The intervention was conducted by providing one boiled egg daily for seven days andbhemoglobin levels were measured using a tool easy touch. Results: The analysis showed that after the intervention for 7 days, with the frequency of giving one boiled egg each day, the hemoglobin levels of the pregnant women increased from 9.0 g/dL to 12.4 g/dL and from 9.4 g/dL to 14.4 g/dL. Conclusion: This finding indicates that the consumption of boiled chicken eggs has the potential to increase hemoglobin levels and can be an alternative simple, affordable, and safe nutritional intervention for pregnant women with anemia. It is recommended that health workers consider this approach in nutrition promotion and anemia prevention during pregnancy.
bekti mutia pertiwi, Parmilah Parmilah, Tri Suraning Wulandari Copyright (c) 2025 JURNAL KESEHATAN KARTIKA https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ejournal.stikesjayc.id/index.php/litkartika/article/view/448 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI PASIEN TENTANG TENAGA KESEHATAN DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN DI PUSKESMAS CITEUREUP http://ejournal.stikesjayc.id/index.php/litkartika/article/view/452
Background: Health services are services provided both to prevent and treat, including 9 component elements and patient satisfaction is the level of patient feelings that arise as a result of unexpected performance consisting of 5 dimensions, there are 4 dimensions that are problematic in this research, including tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance.
MONA MEGASARI, Sri Maryati, Devila Septiani Copyright (c) 2025 JURNAL KESEHATAN KARTIKA https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ejournal.stikesjayc.id/index.php/litkartika/article/view/467 Tue, 30 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700
